Sheppard Point is a mid-sized building near Kennedy and Sheppard, adjacent to the GO Station. It is managed by a 5-person board of directors and has one full-time live-in superintendent. There is a part time property manager on site Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. The building has a large party room, a big backyard area, and one level of underground parking.
